FAQ about VIP Atlanta Doctor's Service & Cost

Does it cost extra to be a VIP patient (Very Important Patient)?

VIP patients pay an annual fee to have special service and 24 hour 7 day a week access to the doctor. The fee enables your doctor to see fewer patients during the year, and therefore be more readily available to see you, and spend quality time with you when you visit the doctor. The fee also covers a major physical examatination by the doctor once a year. The patient also pays for any office visits, lab work, treatments or prescriptions that occur during the year.

Does health insurance or Medicare pay for VIP doctor treatments?

Office visits, treatments, lab work, and prescriptions are covered by your insurance or Medicare with the same terms and conditions as seeing any Atlanta doctor. Your insurance company may cover part or none of the annual fee you pay to be a VIP patient. Some insurance companies judge the annual fee as a preventative fee not subject to coverage. Medicare does not cover the annual fee.
